Global HRIS Project Manager Salary: £75-85k per annumContract: 12 Month FTC We''re recruiting a Global HRIS Project Manager to lead an international workforce technology rollout for a global manufacturing organisation. We''re looking for an established Project Manager with experience delivering HRIS implementations across multiple countries. You''ll take ownership of the delivery plan, budget, resources and suppliers, bringing together IT, HR, Payroll and Operations to deliver a successful rollout. The role You''ll manage the project through planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment and transition into support. Responsibilities include: Owning the integrated project plan, milestones, budget, risks and dependencies. Coordinating delivery across countries and sites, balancing global standards with local requirements. Managing implementation partners and holding suppliers accountable for scope, quality and delivery. Overseeing HR and payroll integrations, data migration and technical readiness. Leading system testing, user acceptance testing, payroll parallel runs and deployment readiness. Managing cutover, contingency planning, hypercare and operational handover. Providing clear reporting and securing decisions from senior stakeholders. What you''ll bring Proven ownership of complex HRIS implementations across multiple countries.
