As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Consultant to join their collaborative consulting team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys more than just the technical side of CRM. You''ll be working directly with clients, understanding their challenges, challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve how they use their systems and data. The role Advise clients on CRM improvements, optimisation and system development, helping them make better use of their systems and data. Lead and support projects covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and implementation. Review business processes, identify improvements and recommend practical technical solutions. Translate technical requirements into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Support CRM integrations, data improvement projects, reporting and user training. Manage multiple client engagements, building strong relationships and delivering measurable value.
