Our client, a reputable car dealership located in Guildford, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their experienced team. • Uncapped bonus potential with OTE approximately -44,300

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct vehicle health checks and routine inspections following manufacturer guidelines
• Perform vehicle servicing, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid top-ups
• Carry out minor repairs, accessory fittings, and basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis
• Complete accurate documentation, ensuring high standards of record-keeping
• Test drive vehicles post-repair to verify fault resolution
• Support warranty repairs and customer requests professionally and efficiently
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and perform repairs accordingly

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Self-motivated with excellent team skills and a strong commitment to high-quality vehicle repairs
• Enthusiastic about further training, including brand and electric vehicle accreditation
• Experience with diagnostics, MOT testing, and EV systems is advantageous but not necessary
