Solicitor Corporate Tax Guildford, Surrey A leading UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate/Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate tax team in Guildford. The team advises UK and international businesses on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including MandA, reorganisations, venture capital, share incentives, VAT, international tax and tax disputes. The role: Advise clients on a variety of corporate tax matters Support MandA transactions, including tax warranties and deeds Assist with SEIS/EIS applications and share incentive schemes Undertake document reviews, case management and client communications Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the team About you: 2-5 years'' PQE in corporate tax Strong written and verbal communication skills Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Confident working independently and as part of a team Comfortable in a client-facing environment Location: Guildford, SurreyWorking: Hybrid, with up to 50% remote working Interested?
