Duration: 04/01/2027 - 28/05/2027

Looking for a HLTA role? We are working with a primary school in Beckenham that are in need of a HLTA to support them from January 2027.

• Support teaching and learning in primary school setting
• Deliver engaging activities and interventions to support pupil progress
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Cover classes and provide PPA cover when required
• Work alongside class teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning
• Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment

• Experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• Confident, reliable and adaptable
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Passionate about supporting pupil progress
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
