Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Mansfield
Salary: -37,000 - -38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:15 to 16:00, Friday 07:15 to 15:00

The Role

Hands-on role leading a fabrication team on the shop floor.

• Lead welders and fabricators
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Plan jobs, labour and materials
• Estimate build times
• Support quality and production
• Maintain health and safety standards

About You

• Background in fabrication and welding
• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Fabricator
• Confident reading engineering drawings
• Experience with time studies or estimating
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and materials
