My client, a rapidly growing Mechanical Contractor, is seeking an

MandE Commercial Manager

to lead the commercial function. You’ll ensure profitability, contractual security, and financial control across multiple projects, working closely with senior leadership and project teams.Responsibilities

Maintaining the commercial control of Contracts and ProjectsEnsuring the maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management and profitability of the BusinessProtecting the Business contractual positionPreparing financial reportsProducing final internal accountsManaging the subcontract and materials ordersDeveloping commercial awareness of the site teamsOwnership and/or support of Contract and Project material costs and project timelines and maintain support with Project Teams to ensure financial adherenceWorking closely with the Senior Team for delivery of programme strategyMandE Commercial Manager Key Desirables

Degree qualified (Business, Engineering, or Construction Management)Strong experience in commercial/project management within construction (ideally Mechanical/MandE)Knowledge of public sector frameworks / local authority contractsSkilled in negotiation, risk management, and financial reportingExcellent communicator and relationship builderUK Driving Licence – travel to sites requiredSeniority level
