Assess learners both in college and in the workplace alongside their employers. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement within the department. Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their goals and develop their technical expertise.Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Aeronautical/Aviation Engineering. Proven industry experience within Aircraft Engineering. Desirable Requirements A1 or V1 Assessor Award (or equivalent).
