In this critical role, you will take full operational ownership of organising resident removals and managing the associated financial invoicing. By taking the lead on these logistics, you will directly free up frontline outreach and housing teams to process urgent hardship funding and protect vulnerable residents from homelessness. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end removal arrangements for service users efficiently and empathetically.Process and validate removal-related invoices accurately to ensure smooth financial workflows.Liaise with internal council teams, external contractors, and vulnerable residents to schedule moves seamlessly.Maintain accurate records and track budget allocation across the service.
