Working Hours and Patterns: The work pattern is a minimum of 3.5 hours average per week to a maximum of 10.5 hours average per week working weekend shifts only which are 8:30am to 4pm (7 hours with 30-minute unpaid break) on either Saturday or Sunday. For the minimum 3.5 hours average per week, you will work two weekend shifts per four-week rota. For the maximum 10.5 hours average per week, you will work six weekend shifts per four-week rota. We will also consider 3-5 weekend shifts per four-week rota as well. Although a degree of flexibility will be required at times to meet operational demand. The normal working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday and covers 52 weeks per year.
