Maintenance and Fabric Operative - ResidentialLocation: South East LondonSalary: 35,000 - 40,000A leading property brand is looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance and Fabric Operative to join the on-site team at a high-quality residential estate in South East London.This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering day-to-day maintenance and fabric repairs across residential properties and communal areas, ensuring the estate is maintained to an excellent standard.The position would suit someone with a strong general maintenance background who is comfortable completing a broad range of repairs rather than specialising in one particular trade.As much of the work will take place within occupied properties, the ability to provide an excellent level of customer service is equally important.
