About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisors to support teaching staff by supervising classes in the absence of the teacher.

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £100–£130, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
• Follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and disciplined classroom environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Report pupil progress and any issues to teaching staff.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Experience working with children in a school environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organised, and adaptable.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Desirable:

• Relevant qualifications in education or teaching support.
