Warehouse Team Leader - Night Shift Location: Watford Salary: £35,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7.00pm - 4.00am CTR Select is recruiting for an experienced Night ShiftWarehouse Team Leader to lead and coordinate a busy warehouse operation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the night shift warehouse team, ensuring operational targets, productivity, quality and service levels are achieved while maintaining compliance with MHRA, GDP and Health and Safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage warehouse employees to achieve operational targets and KPIs. Allocate workloads, manage resources and prioritise activities to meet dispatch deadlines and customer requirements. Oversee picking, packing, assembly, replenishment and dispatch activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance and quality standards, providing coaching and support where required. Conduct team briefings, shift handovers, performance reviews and employee investigations. Support recruitment, induction, onboarding, training and ongoing employee development. Ensure warehouse activities comply with MHRA regulations, GDP, company procedures and Health and Safety standards.
