As a Learning Disabilities Support Worker in a Residential Children Home based in Loughborough, you will provide essential care and support to children and young people diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism, and those who may present behaviours that challenge. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. Successful candidates will: 1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people. 2.
