We are currently recruiting for a highly analytical Data Business Analyst to join a Bury St Edmunds based business on a permanent basis. This has an international remit, with occasional international travel. Based in Bury St Edmunds with hybrid and flexible working available. This role is to support the procurement function through data-driven insights, robust reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilitiesAnalyse data, trends, and market intelligence to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunitiesSupport the development and delivery of procurement strategies aligned with business objectivesAssist with supplier evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance and quality standardsProduce reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholdersWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support sourcing activitiesContribute to the design and optimisation of procurement processes, policies, and toolsMonitor industry best practice, regulatory changes, and market developmentsKey Skills Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting dataProficiency in QlikSense, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and similar data analysis toolsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of UK procurement regulations and ethical standards would be highly advantageo
