Air Conditioning Service Manager Location: Stevenage Salary: £53,000 £60,000 DOE + Van or Car Allowance Are you an experienced Air Conditioning professional ready to take the next step into a key leadership role We are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Air Conditioning Service Manager to lead and develop a growing AC department based in Stevenage. This is a hands-on management role, giving you the opportunity to manage engineers, support technical delivery, oversee service and reactive works, and play a key part in the continued growth of the department. The Role You will be responsible for managing and supporting a small team of Air Conditioning Engineers, ensuring service, PPM, reactive and remedial works are planned and delivered efficiently. Alongside the operational side of the role, you will also be involved in pricing, quotations, small works and larger project delivery. Key responsibilities include: Managing, supporting and developing a team of AC Engineers Providing technical support and guidance on fault finding and complex issues Reviewing engineer reports and identifying remedial works and commercial opportunities Managing service, reactive, remedial and PPM works Monitoring workloads and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales Pricing and quoting for servicing, reactive works, remedials and small installations Supporting the planning, costing and delivery of larger AC projects Coordinating labour and subcontractors where ..... full job details .....
