Respond calmly and proactively to any needs, whether that''s offering reassurance, supporting with personal care, or handling unexpected situations. Carry out night-time routines with kindness and respect, helping people feel secure and valued. Monitor and record wellbeing, following care plans and reporting any concerns to the daytime team to ensure seamless support.
