This is a hands-on, visible role where you''ll collaborate closely with the innovation, technical and production teams ensuring every new product runs smoothly from concept to launch. What you''ll be doing:Lead and support factory trials, ensuring a seamless scale-up from development to full production.Manage multiple projects through to launch, balancing quality, efficiency, and deadlines.Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot, optimise and deliver solutions that work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Support customer trials and visits, providing technical insight and process know-how.Identify opportunities to improve existing products and manufacturing processes.
