Facilities Manager

We are looking for a-Facilities Manager-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Facilities Manager-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The-Facilities Manager,-will be responsible for:

Overseeing FM project and operational management-across the site
-
Managing both internal teams and subcontractors
-
Monitoring, controlling, and managing budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved
-
Leading audit processes
-
Engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships
To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have:
-
Proven experience in facilities management
-
Strong people management skills, with a track record of managing subcontractors
-
A valid OSH certificate and demonstrable knowledge of CDM regulations
-
Proficient-in IT and Microsoft Office
-
City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services, or air conditioning/refrigeration
