The successful applicant will work across residential, commercial and public-sector sites, carrying out fire door installations, adjustments, remedial works and maintenance. You will be expected to work to current UK fire door regulations and recognised industry standards, ensuring all works are completed safely, accurately and to a high standard. Key Duties Install, maintain, adjust and repair fire doors, frames, seals, closers, hinges, glazing and ironmongery Carry out remedial works and identify any defects or compliance issues Complete basic job records, photographs and reports where required Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients, residents, site managers and members of the public Maintain safe working practices and keep work areas tidy and secure Requirements and Experience A minimum of 3-years'' previous experience in fire door installation, maintenance, inspection or remedial works An existing (valid) FireQual ..... full job details .....
