Production Operator/ Machine Operator in Halesfield HoursMonday - Friday rotating6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Pay 12.71 ( including 30mins paid break + lunch is provided ) Duties and Responsibilities: To follow all guidance and instructions To inform the Management of any difficulties or problems within the Manufacturing process.To weigh up, mix, blend, process / extrude products as per the daily production schedule in the order on the daily Production BoardTo ensure that all health and safety practices are in place and followed. That all extrusion machines and mixing equipment are used in accordance with the operating instructions, including following the LOTO procedure, ensuring any interlocks are used and maintained in good working order and that all machine guards are in place.To wear all appropriate and required PPE at all times during the working day. Assigned PPE to be kept in the individual locker.To wear cover shoes when leaving the production area to enter any other part of the site.To report any damages or equipment not working via the red label system - this includes any detection of failure of the de dusting, ventilation systems, any abnormal noises and any electrical defectsTo ensure that all safety equipment is used and is checked and fit for useTo ensure the standard of housekeeping is maintained in all areas at all timesTo follow all Quality, Safety and Environmental regulations whilst in the Production area and on siteTo manage the waste from production -sorting ..... full job details .....
