Key priorities as Head of Development and Delivery: As a key member of our business leadership team, ensuring a commercially viable development programme, carefully managing income and expenditure, identifying new opportunities and progressing schemes which include joint ventures with developers and contractors. Leading our development programme from strategy to site identification, sale/rent through to aftercare, working collaboratively with your team to ensure successful delivery.
