They are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join their engineering team based in Wakefield, working across a variety of sectors including automotive, food and beverage, and general industrial manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer to take technical ownership of projects from initial concept through detailed design, manufacture, assembly, testing and commissioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing practical mechanical engineering solutions, producing detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings, and working closely with fabrication, machining, assembly, electrical and controls teams.
