Level 3 Baby Room Leader – Walsall

Salary: £12.80–£13.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, term-time only
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Level 3 Baby Room Leader to join a nursery in Walsall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional with experience working with babies aged 0–2 years. You will lead the day-to-day running of the baby room, support your team and provide a safe, nurturing environment where babies can learn and thrive.

• Lead the daily running of the baby room and maintain high standards of care.

• Plan age-appropriate activities that support babies'' learning and development.

• Meet individual care needs, routines and developmental milestones.

• Guide and support team members to deliver quality childcare.

• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.

• Maintain accurate observations and learning records.

• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and Early Years requirements.

• Recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.

• Experience working with babies aged 0–2 years.

• Understanding of safeguarding and early childhood development.

• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

• Valid DBS check or willingness to complete the required checks.

Previous Baby Room Leader experience is advantageous.

• £12.80–£13.00 per hour.

• Permanent, Monday-to-Friday position.
