We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team, working matchdays and events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, whether behind the bar or on the floor, while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. This role requires excellent time management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Take food and drink orders accurately, deliver meals and beverages promptly, and check back to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, service stations, and dining areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and operational. Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Assist in managing stock levels and restocking items as required. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, fostering repeat business through excellent service.
