With scale comes complexity, and finance is now being elevated to provide tighter control, clearer reporting and stronger support to senior decision-making.This role reports directly into the CEO and will play a key part in reducing founder dependency by ensuring finance operates confidently and independently as the business grows.The role:This is a senior, hands-on position with broad exposure across the business.
