Job Title: Project Manager (civil engineering)Location: Portishead / HybridContract Type: 12 months contract About the roleResponsible for leading the development and delivery of civil engineering infrastructure, land rights and consent modifications required to support the safe operation and maintenance of transmission assets across the Southwest region. Key accountability for managing the preparation, coordination and submission of a Material Change application to an existing Development Consent Order (DCO), ensuring compliance with planning, environmental, land, legal, stakeholder and statutory requirements. Acting as the central point of integration between multidisciplinary teams, driving the successful progression and approval of the application through the regulatory process. Lead the development and delivery of civil engineering solutions, including the design, procurement and construction of permanent and temporary access routes, ensuring safe, sustainable and efficient access to operational assets throughout their lifecycle.
