As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing your room, supporting, and developing Nursery Practitioners, and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Essential Requirement You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Lead, support, and supervise Nursery Practitioners within your room.
