Corporate and Commercial Property Team Coordinator Our client a professional law firm based in Chelmsford with excellent transport links. Has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Property Team Coordinator to support two fee earners and a director. As an experienced Corporate and Commercial Team Coordinator you will need to have experience working within Corporate , Commercial Property and Employment teams. The Role To provide secretarial support to two Fee Earners and Director Audio typing using digital dictation Electronic Diary management , Booking meeting rooms, arranging meetings Liaise with clients, companies, solicitors Regular telephone contact with clients and professional contacts Assist fee earners in the maintenance of time recording File and case management, bill preparation Record and assist in the opening and closing of files Managing marketing data and liaising with the marketing team Collection of data Preparing reports Maintain the filing system Experience required: Ideally at least 1 years recent Corporate, Commercial Property and Employment legal experience Experience with Microsoft office , word, outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Accurate Audio typing skills Attention to detail, excellent grammar is essential You will be a team player Able to prioritise and multitask Pre-empt problems and identify solutions Demonstrate a pro-active approach to your work Be flexible A pleasant and friendly working environment Benefits
