Act as the first point of contact for sales enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses within service targets Build strong knowledge of our new build and resale properties to confidently support customers Contact prospective buyers to arrange viewings and gather post-viewing feedback Maintain accurate customer records and manage data with precision Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in line with regulatory and company requirements Carry out compliance and audit spot-checks across a range of sales products, helping minimise risk and maintain high standards Set up and update tenancy and customer accounts following sales completions.
