MCS Executive has been appointed by Keys Finance to hire a Head of Finance and Commercial Control, a key senior appointment within an established and ambitious specialist finance business.Keys Finance operates across the UK and Ireland and is entering an important phase of growth, with annual lending of approximately £80m and an ambition to grow beyond £200m over the next three years. This role will be central to ensuring that growth is properly funded, commercially controlled and supported by strong financial insight.Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board, this is a broader role than a traditional financial reporting position.
