Role Overview As a Store / Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage your team, and ensure outstanding customer service if provided to our customers. You ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, producing outstanding product and service to customers, managing costs, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, Coach, Recruit, Train and motivate a team of shift managers, team members, and delivery drivers. Manage your team and ensure we positive atmosphere is maintained. Conduct staff training and development programs to maintain high performance. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including food preparation, delivery, and service.
