Event Sales Manager

We''re working with a rapidly growing, award-winning events business that''s on a mission to deliver truly accessible, affordable, and sustainable events, bringing together the business community to learn, network, and grow.What you''ll be doing:Hitting sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing exhibitors, and up selling/cross-selling sponsorship opportunities.Winning new business from inbound leads, competitor events, and your own research.Maximising client retention by hitting rebook targets at events and providing top-tier customer service year-round, acting as their main point of contact, responding to queries, and proactively sharing opportunities.Keeping the CRM fully up to date with client data, call notes, pipeline and forecastsPrevious Experience:Minimum 2 year''s experience in B2B events, ideally trade shows.Proven ability to work to targets and achieve KPIs Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Commercially minded, and driven to spot and deliver new opportunities.Experience with Hub Spot CRM a plus.We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
