OverviewA prominent AJ100 architectural studio, known for its residential and hotel developments, is actively looking for an Architect with 5+ years PQE to join their Resi Team. The role requires client-facing work, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team. Commercial/mixed-use experience is desirable. Proficiency in Revit for design and technical detailing is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Resi Team on design development and technical detailing using Revit.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate design concepts and progress.

Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver on schedule and quality targets.

Contribute to commercial/mixed-use projects as appropriate.

Qualifications

Architect with 5+ years PQE.

Strong client-facing skills and excellent communication abilities.

Able to lead a team and work collaboratively within a studio environment.

Experience with commercial/mixed-use projects is desirable.

Proficient in Revit for design development and technical detailing.

Salary: £45k-£55k per year.
