Salary: 40k - 50k (OTE 70k - 80K) Location: Manchester We are working with a fast-growing finance business in Manchester who are looking for a Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor to join their team. It is a hybrid position, warm unlimited leads provided, and a strong package. You must have experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor. BTL Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities; Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software. Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process. Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer. Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes. Experience needed to become a BTL Mortgage Advisor; You MUST have experience as a Mortgage Advisor working in a Whole of Market background. You MUST have at least 3 years experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor. CeMAP qualified and CAS achieved.
