We are working in partnership with a leading Tier-1 Main Contractor to secure a standalone Senior Project Manager to deliver a major new-build educational scheme. Taking the helm from pre-construction through to final handover, you will oversee site operations, drive programme execution, and lead a multi-disciplinary site team on a high-profile local framework project. Key Responsibilities: Full Site Ownership: Act as the Project Manager on site, taking overall operational, safety, and commercial responsibility for the scheme. Programme and Delivery: Drive the construction master programme using Asta Powerproject, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Team Leadership: Lead site managers, section leads, package QSs, and sub-contractors on-site, fostering a culture of high performance and safety. Client and Framework Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for local authority clients, school leadership, consultants, and framework partners.
