Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team in North Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-value mechanical building services projects across East Anglia and Cambridgeshire. With projects ranging from £2 million to £20 million, you'll be involved in technically challenging schemes across the commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors while benefiting from long-term career progression within a stable and reputable business.

The Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing mechanical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical installations from design through to project completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, project programmes, cost control, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation and industry regulations.
• Drive quality, programme, and commercial performance throughout each project.
