What You''ll DO As a People Services Advisor, you''ll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include: Providing practical, commercially driven advice and guidance to line managers using policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency. Supporting the delivery of the Group People plan and category People strategy. Contributing to the tasks, projects and duties that contribute to the success of the People team in supporting the business and colleagues with day to day activities in all aspects of the employee lifecycle Supporting the activities of the central functions by facilitating onsite actions for resourcing, learning and development, payroll etc Managing and supporting with the delivery of casework.
