Senior Solutions Engineer - Glasgow - 6 month contractWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Solutions Engineer to be based out of our customers office in the Glasgow area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Amazon Connect and enterprise telephony platforms. This role plays a key part in driving stability and innovation, overseeing critical incident resolution through root cause analysis, and implementing system enhancements that align with organisational priorities.Key Responsibilities- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents.- Design and implement enhancements to Amazon Connect and telephony systems.- Manage vendor relationships (eg, BT, Vodafone) for infrastructure-level issues.- Provide strategic input into platform upgrades, integrations, and roadmap planning.- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and SOPs.- Mentor L1 and L2 support teams and conduct technical training sessions.Required Technical Skills- Deep expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS architecture, and enterprise telephony.- Strong understanding of voice network infrastructure and SIP routing.- Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery planning.- Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with external vendors.- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelinesAt Lucid, we celebrate difference and value diverse perspectives, underpinned by our values of Honesty, Integrity,
