Morson Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well-established business in Bristol to recruit a People Partner on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.As People Partner, you will be working closely with Senior Business Leaders, giving them the tools and guidance to optimise the workforce. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and be a pivotal piece in supporting employees through change and the implementation of people policies and procedures. This is a site-based role, Monday Friday.
