We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivatedLearning Support Assistantto join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support pupilsandrsquo; learning, provide individual or small group assistance, and help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Who are you£
- A nurturing, resilient and flexible approach
- Understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH, communication and sensory needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to professional development andndash; CPD opportunities are actively encouraged
- Experience working with children in school or alternative settings (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupilsandrsquo; learning, communication and social-emotional development in class and through interventions
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and encourage positive behaviour and independence
- Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver a personalised, multi-sensory curriculum
- Use a range of communication strategies to meet individual needs
- Support attendance, engagement and wellbeing for pupils who are on alternative or part-time pathways
- Contribute to planning and observations, and provide feedback to help shape provision
- Support the delivery of therapeutic or specialist interventions (e.g. ELSA, Thrive, Lego therapy andndash; training provided)
- Escort and supervise pupils on educational visits
