The Factory Engineering Manager is responsible for leading textile processing plant based in Bilston. The main duties of the role are managing the engineering and maintenance functions to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all production equipment. The role focuses on minimising downtime, implementing robust planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production and OEM partners. Responsibilities Health and Safety: Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations across all engineering and maintenance activities Conduct HSE audits and report near misses and any hazardous conditions.
