Managing the Quality Engineers / Technicians and Inspectors in each business unit, setting goals and targets (monitoring via appraisals) Mentor and upskill current Quality Department. Ensure compliance to the Integrated Management system (IMS) Promote a proactive Quality culture Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure that products or services meet thedesired quality standards Oversee the various stages of production or service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards.
