HR Employee Relations Advisor
We are looking for an experienced and confident Employee Relations Advisor to play a key role in shaping a positive and supportive working environment across Millfield. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, working closely with the Head of HR and other senior leaders to provide expert, pragmatic advice and ensure a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach to people management throughout the School.Job ResponsibilitiesLead on a wide range of employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and investigation processesConduct complex and sensitive investigations, producing clear, evidence-based reports and recommendationsProvide expert, pragmatic advice to senior leaders and managers on employment law and best practiceSupport organisational change processes, including restructures and consultation exercisesIdentify and manage risk, escalating complex issues where appropriate, and supporting a positive employee relations cultureAbout YouProven experience managing complex employment relations casework, including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and hearingsStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practiceConfident advising senior stakeholders on sensitive and complex people issuesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear written reportsCalm, professional and resilient, with a fair and solutions-focused approachCIPD qualification (Level 5
