This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking legal team where your expertise will shape outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth.About the RoleAs a Senior Solicitor or Associate, you ll manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: Property Disputes: Landlord and tenant issues, possession claims, rent arrears, lease breaches, dilapidations, contested lease renewals, easements, boundaries, and adverse possession.Commercial Litigation: Breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency matters, and professional negligence claims.Corporate Disputes: Partnership and shareholder disagreements requiring strategic resolution. You ll be responsible for drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements in line with Civil Procedure Rules, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings. You ll also instruct Counsel and conduct legal research to ensure your advice is current, p
