The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Communications Manager to join a leading organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.This role will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering customer communications across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, renewal and win-back campaigns.
