CRM and Marketing Automation Lead

Young Living Europe is seeking a CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our new Customer Data Platform (CDP) across 13 languages and multiple EMEA markets. This role focuses on driving automated marketing campaigns through multiple channels, including email, SMS, web push, and web personalization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of automated campaigns, segmentation strategies, data analysis, and reporting, while working closely with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of our new Customer Data Platform (CDP) across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring it is tailored to specific business needs and languages with focus on automation. Set up and optimize automated marketing campaigns using CDP tools, including email, SMS, web push notifications, and web personalisation. Monitor and adjust campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Manage data analysis, segmentation, and targeting for automated campaigns. Ensure that the segmentation strategy aligns with customer behaviour, type, business needs and preferences. Work closely with teams including Business Development Managers, Web, IT, and Customer Service to integrate CDP system and ensure effective communication strategies.
