JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have an exciting opportunity for two Senior Administrators to join our Asset Management team in Oldham on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. We currently offer hybrid working with colleagues spending three days in the office, and two days working remotely. As a Senior Administrator, you will be part of the Heating, Hot Water and Domestic Gas Team, and you will provide administrative support to the Contract Officers and the Contract Manager, helping to deliver on-going compliance requirements. What we are looking for We are looking for administrators with experience of maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance data, monitoring budgets and expenditure, and ensuring key performance information is effectively tracked. You will also have experience of delivering an excellent customer service and be confident responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from colleagues and residents. You will have a strong data focus on analysis and strong excel skills.
