You will need to be able to commute to the Bristol office 1 day per week.Your New RoleAs an In-House Paralegal, you will provide legal and commercial support across a wide range of business activities, with a particular focus on commercial contracts and contract life cycle management.Key responsibilities will include:Reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), software licence agreements, service agreements, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).Assisting with the drafting and amendment of variation agreements, change control documents, and contractual schedules.Providing practical and commercially focused guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations.Supporting technology-related legal matters, including intellectual property and data protection issues.Maintaining and enhancing contract ..... full job details .....
