Property Solicitor (Landlord and Tenant) – Locum Solicitor to provide cover during an upcoming period of annual leave for a respected London practice (Fulham).Role Details

Dates:

1 – 10 October 2025 (approx. 5 working days within this period, exact days to be agreed)Location:

Fulham-based firm (within approx. 1¼ hours travel distance)Caseload:

Landlord and Tenant work with a focus on collective enfranchisement and lease extensions. Transactional work including commercial property and residential conveyancing (residential makes up circa 10–15%).Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor – ideally with senior-level experienceStrong background in landlord and tenant law, especially enfranchisement and lease extensionsAbility to manage a mixed caseload with minimal supervisionAvailable to provide short-term cover in OctoberThis is a fantastic opportunity to support a respected London practice known for its expertise in property law and commitment to delivering excellent client service.How to Apply
